The Governing Board desires to provide a safe school environment that allows all students equal access and opportunities in district’s academic, extracurricular, and other educational supports programs, services, and activities.  Lincoln Unified School District adopted a policy that prohibits at any school or school activity, unlawful discrimination, including harassment, intimidation, and bullying, targeted at any student by anyone, based on the student’s actual or perceived race, color, ancestry, national origin, nationality, ethnicity, ethnic group identification, age, religion, actual or potential parental, family or marital status, physical or mental disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, gender expression, or association with a person or a group with one or more of these actual or perceived characteristics. This policy applies to all acts related to school activity or school attendance within a school under the jurisdiction of the superintendent of the school district.
